If your repair is arranged through a home warranty or insurance company, that provider's policy — not ours — sets the terms of service. Your provider decides what is covered, authorizes the diagnosis and any parts, and sets the service fee or deductible you pay at the visit.
As their assigned contractor, we perform the work they approve and follow their process for approvals, parts ordering and scheduling. Timelines can therefore depend on how quickly the provider authorizes each step. The warranty on a covered repair is provided under your policy's terms.
